additional SP (rural) Rajkumar Agarwal observed, "The lady's household had alleged that their daughter was sedated, kidnapped, married and converted to Islam. An FIR became registered beneath sections 363 (abduction) and 366 (abducting a girl to compel her marriage) of IPC and the anti-conversion legislations at Bhuta police station. Police needed to take action as per legislation and best people that have been made accused within the grievance were questioned."
The ASP introduced that the police later followed the directives of the excessive court docket within the depend.
"The woman has now come ahead and we now have recorded her commentary and forwarded an utility in court to checklist her remark below 164 CrPC. we'll take extra steps as per the court's order," he referred to.
