A BILLIONAIRE in Britain's largest divorce combat says he has at last reached a contract with his ex-spouse.

Russian oligarch Farkhad Akhmedov, sixty six, claims Tatiana Akhmedova has authorized "an artwork and money contract" value about £150million.
