Bidyabharati desired divorce from ACF Soumya, shows handwritten note

Paralakhemundi: one more handwritten note of Bidyabharati Panda, the wife of deceased Paralakhemundi assistant conservator of wooded area (ACF) Soumya Ranjan Mohapatra, surfaced Thursday morning which shows that she wanted a divorce from her husband.
