Ulrika Jonsson has informed Louise Redknapp that her divorce from ex Jamie is her "past" and not her future as she dealt her some words of assistance.
Louise and Jamie divorced again in 2017, with the footballer occurring to date model Frida Anderson.
Ulrika, fifty three, mirrored on her three divorces - from Brian Monet, Lance Gerrard-Wright and John Turnbull - as she shared her ideas on the subject.
"So, i hope Louise and all of the other divorcees obtainable, male and feminine, can unchain and emancipate themselves, consider their divorce is their past and not their future," she wrote in her column for The solar.

She brought: "We need to change the narrative about divorce. once in a while it is not any one's fault and divorce can also be accredited as a pretty good component — and sure, even anything to be celebrated."
Louise and Jamie share sons Charley and Beau together, with the former couple co-parenting the children.
